GGA Scholarship Applications Open
Applications are now open for the Grower Group Alliance (GGA) scholarships - open to students studying agricultural science or related degrees and undertaking an honours project in 2009.
Two scholarships are available to students who wish to undertake their honours project in conjunction with one of the 45 grower groups in the GGA network. Each scholarship is worth $2000, with $1000 for the student and $1000 to cover field research expenses.
The aim of the scholarship is three-fold: to encourage new partnerships between grower groups, students and researchers; develop projects with increased relevance and application to farming systems; and create improved employment opportunities for students.
Applications close Friday 28th November.
