The Growing Leaders Scholarship sponsored by the CBH Group, places up to two leaders into the Leadership WA 10-month Signature Leadership Program. The aim of the Scholarship is to build a pool of growers ready to take on leadership positions in the grain industry, within Grower Groups and even at CBH.

Eligibility

The Scholarships are open to anyone involved in or aligned with grain growing enterprise in WA, who has demonstrated grower group and community involvement.

Valued at $18,675 per scholar

The tuition and developmental components of the Signature Leadership Program are valued at $18,675 per participant. Leadership WA’s flagship leadership development program, Signature is designed for high‑performing senior leaders. Delivered over ten months, participants gain unique access to some of Western Australia’s most experienced and influential leaders across the private, community, and government sectors.

LeadershipWA invites you to register for the 2027 Signature Information Webinar featuring Candy Choo, Leadership WA CEO and three of their Signature Alumni.

Together they will provide helpful information on applying and give insights into the opportunities and challenges of such a unique leadership Program. The Alumni will also share their favourite parts of the 10-month Program, and the positive outcomes for both their professional and personal lives.

A live audience Q&A will form part of the session.
