This informal workshop and Q&A session is designed to help you better understand your current position and take practical steps toward a smoother, more successful transition.

Importantly, this workshop is a starting point — it doesn’t require you to have a formal succession plan in place. Instead, it focuses on helping you get yourself in a strong position, no matter what stage of succession you’re at. It’s also designed to be inclusive for all ages, whether you’re just starting out, building your business, or thinking about stepping back.

Succession even starts when considering how you are building wealth off the farm, such as building investments, buying homes or purchasing investment properties. You want to ensure you are making these decisions with all of the relevant information at hand.
