Date – 17 & 18th August 2020
GGA’s Forum 2020 will be completely online run via Zoom over one and a half days.
Who can attend
On the back of GGA member feedback, this year’s event will be a closed event, exclusive to the GGA network organisations, grower group staff, committees and volunteers. It will focus on Capacity Building content only. Please only register if you fall into the above parameters.

Program topics have been determined from priority rankings in our Grower Group Survey 2. Have you completed it? If not, we’d really value your input.

Delegate Fees
$10 + GST per person, per session with a completely tailored program – register only for the sessions of your choice.

Day 1 – Monday 17th Aug
Session 1 – 9.00am – 10.00am – Collaboration – Build collaborative relationships between grower groups & principles for good working relationships – Presenter: GGA CEO Annabelle Bushell interviews an expert in Ag industry collaboration to draw out critical elements to success for your action plan.
Session 2 – 10.15am – 11.15am – Building Diversity – Understand diversity & inclusion (D&I), and the innovation, committee succession and membership growth benefits for your organisation that comes from implementing D&I. This introduction will be followed by an interactive session drafting your D&I action plan to take back to your group – Presenter: Fadzi Whande – Principal Consultant, Diversity & Inclusion, Western Power.
Session 3 – 11.30am – 12.30pm – Project Costings – Crunch the numbers on your project costings for tenders. Presenter: Mark Holland, GGA Program Broker.
12.30pm – 1.30pm Lunch
Session 4 – 1.30pm – 2.30pm – Delivering Speeches – Deliver engaging speeches that people remember, from the podium for a crowd of 500, to the board room. Presenter: Esther Jones, Director Bluesee Consultancy, communications and events expert.
Session 5 – 2.45pm – 3.45 pm – Digitising Business – Live demonstrations of 3-4 digital tools for efficiency & engagement. Featuring:
