Rikki Foss
Chief Executive Officer

Rikki is responsible for the execution of the GGA Board corporate strategy and fulfillment of GGA contracted obligations across all projects, state and federal government agreements. Rikki leads daily operations, including resourcing, recruiting, performance, reporting, and building the highest level strategic relationships across the industry to advance GGA and opportunities for members.

Kallista Bolton
Head of Stakeholder Engagement & Regenerative Agriculture Program
[Leadership Team]

Kallista’s scope spans whole of organisation stakeholder management, network membership, strategic partnerships, sponsorships, team delivery of communications, directing major events and the GGA capacity building program. Kallista is also leading the development of a new body of work in Regenerative Agriculture for GGA.

Dr Jo Wisdom
Hub Director & Innovation Lead
[Leadership Team] 

Jo leads the South-West WA Drought Resilience Adoption and Innovation Hub (SW WA Hub), involving wide engagement with industry at a regional, state, and national level. Jo is also responsible for driving innovation-related projects and forging GGA’s involvement with the global innovation ecosystem. With a research background, Jo also engages for GGA within the WA Agricultural Research Collaboration (WAARC) and national programs such as the Zero Net Emissions Agriculture Cooperative Research Centre (ZNE-Ag CRC).

Dr Daniel Kidd 
Head of Projects
[Leadership Team]

With an extensive research background, Daniel leads the project management team work in collaboration with contracted project partners from the grower group network and the broader agriculture ecosystem at large. Daniel also has a hands-on individual project portfolio, managing a selection of major regional, state and national projects for both the GGA main program and South-West WA Drought Resilience Adoption and Innovation Hub.

Philip Wang
Corporate Services Manager & Chief Financial Officer

Philip manages the GGA finances, including the whole organisation’s budgeting, payroll, receivables, and payables across all divisions and projects and oversees GGA financial compliance and governance. Philip also has a range of duties in the people and culture arena and serves the GGA Board as the appointed Chief Financial Officer.

Doug Hamilton
Innovation Specialist & Broker

Doug works alongside Dr Jo Wisdom in the innovation space. His role is to activate and manage strategic relationships that drive innovation across WA agriculture with responsibilities for developing and facilitating multiway knowledge transfer between research teams, stakeholders, and the farming community.

Sarah Belli
Project Manager
[Regional Lead]

Sarah works within the National Industry-led Carbon Farming Outreach Program as a regional lead managing engagement in the project by partners in Western Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland and parts of Victoria. Sarah brings strong digital capability to GGA with emerging strengths in MEL and reporting system design. Sarah is based out of DPIRD Albany office.

Douglas Rodgers
Project Communications Specialist

Douglas delivers communications for GGA’s nationwide project, the National Industry-led Carbon Farming Outreach Program. This program involves co-ordinating efforts of more than 37 contracted program partners, spanning a footprint across every state and the Northern Territory. Douglas has a suite of expert skills, honed through his background in public policy, stakeholder relations, and community engagement.

Hub Project Manager

Kellie-Jane (KJ) works within the South-West WA Drought Resilience Adoption and Innovation Hub as project manager tracking planning, reporting, in-kind, managing strategic partnerships, collaborative relationships and communication networks with key stakeholders. KJ manages the Hub’s bursary and study tour programs is based out of the DPIRD Bunbury office.

Tanya Kilminster
Hub Knowledge Broker

Tanya works within the South-West WA Drought Resilience Adoption and Innovation Hub to lead and translate engagement and collaboration between industry stakeholders to develop resilience to climate change. Tanya works out of DPIRD’s Merredin Dryland Research Institute which is also the official SW WA Hub headquarters.

Dr. Mary-Anne Glanzlowe
Hub Knowledge Broker & Extension Specialist

Mary-Anne works within the South-West WA Drought Resilience Adoption and Innovation Hub assisting with the role of translating science to practice as a knowledge broker and working in the extension and adoption space to drive uptake of innovations at a farm and local level with a focus on improved drought resilience adoption.

Jessica Scholle
Hub Stakeholder & Communications Manager

Jessica delivers communication and stakeholder management for GGA’s largest project, the South-West WA Drought Resilience Adoption and Innovation Hub. This spans communications for Hub supported projects and external communications to consortia and public stakeholders through mediums including social media, website, newsletters, press, video and more.

Theo Nabben
Hub Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Manager and Adoption Officer

Theo works across the whole of GGA in a dual role capacity responsible for measuring and evaluating all projects to ensure we deliver high-performance outcomes. Within the Hub, he is working in the adoption space to drive uptake of innovations at a farm and local level with a focus on improved drought resilience adoption. Theo also leads indigenous engagement and liaison.

Lucy Tomassini
Project Manager

Lucy works in a blended role across the whole of GGA, and the South-West WA Drought Resilience Adoption and Innovation Hub. She is the project manager for the suite of six Hub-funded ‘Transformational Projects’, where she works closely with project initiators to achieve their project outcomes for the Hub investment. Lucy also assists with innovation projects, the carbon project and GGA exhibition event involvement.

Sharon Keeler
Team Assistant

Sharon provides administration support for the GGA team with a majority focus on supporting the South-West WA Drought Resilience Adoption and Innovation Hub and Carbon Farming Outreach Program teams. Sharon supports with detailing, scheduling, communications and overall co-ordination to assist with the smooth delivery of GGA operations. Sharon also supports entries into the GGA industry calendar.
