Back by popular demand, our Lunchtime Tutorial Series is designed to help you build practical digital skills in a simplified learning environment. These short, focused sessions are tailored for GGA network members to enhance their capabilities using the tools that help us communicate and create.
Whether you’re just getting started or looking to sharpen your skills, these free online tutorials are a chance to explore digital tools in a relaxed, interactive format.
Session 1 – Airtable – 2 July – 12.30pm – 45 mins
Unlock the power of Airtable – the smart spreadsheet platform behind many of our internal systems. This session will cover practical uses like project tracking, interaction with stakeholders via data collection forms, and the basics of the automation feature. We’ll tailor the content based on what you want to learn, so stay tuned for a call-out to co-design the session content.
Session 2 – Creative Content & Social Media Inspiration – 9 July – 12.30pm – 45 mins
Want to refresh your social media knowledge or find more engaging ways to share your message? This session will cover creative tools (like Canva), design inspiration, and social media tips to help your content catch eyes, even if you’re not a graphic designer.
Session 3 – Virtual Field Tours & Online Events – 16 July – 12.30pm – 45 mins
Thinking about running a virtual field day, webinar or online event? Learn how to plan, promote and deliver engaging digital experiences that still feel personal and provide the intended experience.
