GGA 2 Day Leadership Training

Over two-days, this bespoke leadership training opportunity for the GGA network aims to enhance the leadership skills and boost the impact of staff and committee members serving within the GGA network, not-for-profit group context.
If you are in a paid staff or volunteer committee/board role where you have some form of leadership within the scope of that role, this workshop will progress your leadership in all areas, translating to higher impact.

4th & 5th November 2025
Training runs over two-days in Perth [venue TBA] with an evening networking dinner on the first day.
4 November – includes full day training (9am – 5pm) plus networking dinner.
5 November – full day training (8.30am – 4pm)
Places & Registration
Exclusive to GGA network members, 20 places are available for this two-day workshop in Perth.
This training will support staff or volunteer committee/board members who are in some form of leadership role. Obvious examples of prospects to attend include Executive Officers and Chairs, but also a Research Officer who leads a small team or a committee member in charge of a Board sub-committee.
Alongside fellow GGA members operating in a similar context, you will be immersed in a two-day shared learning experience facilitated by renowned extension facilitator Jeanette Long of Ag Consulting Co. from South Australia, who has been delivering leadership training tailored to the agricultural industry for over 20 years.
