Started with a group of 5 women wanting to share various farm management issues and challenges they had come across and learn from each other to improve their businesses.
Grown to become an organisation with 13 branches.

The group's vision is to support women to contribute to their farming businesses to improve the profitability and sustainability of agriculture and their rural communities.

Branches all set their own topics for meetings according to need - e.g. safety on farm; first aid, single touch payroll. Women in Farming Inc annual seminar in September is largest single event.

The Annual Seminar, hosted by a different branch each year, is held in September and is a highlight of the year for members. It provides them with an opportunity to gather, listen to some engaging presentations on topics of interest, network with other members and meet with sponsors.
