In 2025 we welcome back Forum25, the Grower Group Alliance’s flagship event designed to connect the GGA network with the wider industry.
Held every two years, GGA Forum builds vital cross-industry links and forges opportunities for GGA network groups to engage with industry to shape the future of agriculture.
Delegates can expect valuable networking time, topical discussions and information exchange on matters we need to consider together as a WA agricultural community.
Above all, Forum aims to be an event to build relationships, one conversation at a time, that unlock the collective intelligence of our WA ag community to co-design a future for agriculture that we can all be hopeful about.

Thursday 31 July
3.00pm – 5.00pm |Member Co-design – GGA Strategy 2026-2030
A facilitated session for members to have input on the GGA 2026-2030 Strategy will be held prior to the Welcome Cocktail party. This session will give GGA network members the opportunity to have their say, and give insights into future opportunities and implications the industry is facing, to be considered for the upcoming strategy.
Who Can Attend – By invitation only, limited to selected GGA network member delegates.

6.00pm – 10.00pm | Welcome Cocktail Party
Join us for an evening of great vibes, entertainment, inspiring conversations, and the opportunity to access and build important connections as we kick off Forum25.
Entertainment is always a highlight of the welcome event. Smooth DJ tunes set the atmosphere for delegates enjoying roving entertainment and in 2025, the opportunity to rotate through facilitated group ‘conversation circles’ with key industry leaders, which are sure to spark great conversations.
Who Can Attend – All of the industry is warmly welcomed at this event, even if you are not attending Friday’s conference. Partners are also welcome.
Location – Lakeview Foyer, Joondalup Resort
Food/Beverage/Furniture – Substantial canapé food service and unlimited beverages. It will be a stand-up event with high bar tables and stools scattered throughout the function area. There will be some / limited lounge seating indoors and in the outdoor courtyard.
Free Parking – Free parking is available on-site for all Welcome Cocktail Party guests.
